FazeWire Web Services, LLC, was founded in 2005, and will be here for many years to come! We have made several long term investments, and we are fully registered as a Limited Liability Corporation in the State of Washington. You can rest assured that we have been around for years, and won't disappear overnight. We are in it for the long run, and we are constantly working to make your experience here a great one! Whether that be by monitoring all staff daily, monitoring all our servers from several places worldwide, or just offering great prices, we are here for you, the customer!

Our Guarantees

We stand by a great data center, great staff, and great network. We have several guarantees in place for you should there be any problems. We have a 99.9% network SLA for our rock solid premium network, we offer 30 days money back on most of our services, and we promise you will be 100% satisfied with all our staff. If you ever have a problem, we have a 24/7 support staff standing by to help you when you need it most. If you ever have a problem that you feel was not handled properly or would like to talk to a manager about, we have an escalation department that only the CEO has access to. This is an open ticket department for all clients, so you can submit a ticket right to the CEO whenever you need to! Please note that the escalation department is not for support, and is not an instant response like the support department, as only the CEO can see tickets in that department.

Why us?

FazeWire Web Services owns all of our hardware. Any VPS, shared hosting, or reseller account you get with us is provisioned on our state of the art hardware. Our servers are housed in a private cage in a Tier III data center in Seattle, WA. We use dark fiber to take our network back to the Westin Building where we connect to our premium network.
