As I told him, your site is very good as:

  1. It is very good value,
  2. It has lots of installable scripts (wordpress, photogallery etc.)
  3. There is a very convenient chat room to get all of your problems answered
  4. The cpanel is accessed by http://www.sitename.com/cpanel.

This last one may not seem like much bit when you are trying to cut down costs it is a great feature. The reason is that I normally cannot access the cPanel interface from my local library on the free internet terminals.

With other host services I have to pay to access the cpanel (or whatever they use) as the usual way to access them is http://www.sitename:2082 or something similar. This causes the free internet terminals at the library to block access to the site. The only way to access them is to pay for the email terminals.

However, by using the firewall detector screen (http://www.sitename.com/cpanel) the site blocking program does not block access to your server or the cpanel of my site. This dramatically reduces the running costs.
